How to make The Poached Pear & Ginger Daiquiri Cocktail
Add all ingredients to a blender with a scoop of crushed ice.
Blend until smooth.

Cut pear into quarters. Submerge in simple syrup and warm through. Add a handful of hard spices like cardamom, star anise, vanilla, cinnamon and black peppercorns. Warm on low heat for one hour. Allow to cool and store in the fridge.
