For super intense flavor, poach your pears in a simple syrup flavored with warming winter spices like clove, cinnamon and star anise.
- 2 oz White rum
- 3 tbsp Spiced poached pear
- 1 tsp Fresh grated ginger root
- 1 oz Lime juice
- 1/2 oz Syrup from poached pears
Add all ingredients to a blender with a scoop of crushed ice.
Blend until smooth.
