Ingredients
- 2 ounces El Dorado 15-year-old rum
- 1 1/2 ounces pineapple juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 ounce orange juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 ounce Coco Lopez coconut cream
- Garnish: grated nutmeg

Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
