At James Beard Award winner Tory Miller's pan-Asian restaurant Sujeo in Madison, Wis., a duo of fresh pineapple and orange juices round out a Tiki-style libation modeled on the classic Painkiller,.


  • 2 ounces El Dorado 15-year-old rum
  • 1 1/2 ounces pineapple juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 ounce orange juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 ounce Coco Lopez coconut cream
  • Garnish: grated nutmeg


  1. Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.

  2. Pour with the ice into a Tiki mug, and garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
