It's not traditional, but it is tropical and tasty.
- 2 oz Club soda
- 1 Organic pineapple wedge
- 4 Organic mint leaves
- 1/2 oz Organic agave nectar
- 1 oz Papagayo Organic White Rum
- 1/4 oz Navan Vanilla Liqueur
- Garnish: pineapple wedge
- Garnish: mint leaf
Muddle the pineapple, mint and agave nectar in a tumbler, being careful not to pulverize the mint.
Add the rum, Navan and a handful of ice.
Top with club soda and stir.
Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a mint leaf.
