This rhum agricole cocktail, served at Over Proof’s pop-up bar Flip-Flop (upstairs at ABV ) in San Francisco and created by bar pro Eric Ochoa, is inspired by the Jungle Bird and uses a house-made blend of aperitivos.

Steps

  1. Add all the ingredients to a shaker filled with ice and shake until chilled.

  2. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.

  3. *Tiki-Tivo apéritif: Combine 1 oz Campari, 1 oz Cappelletti aperitivo and .5 oz. Leopold Bros. aperitivo.
