This bright and refreshing spin on the Martini trades in olives for raspberries. It strikes the perfect balance between sweet and tart. Grab your muddler and a little mint to make it yourself.
- 1 oz NOLET’S Silver Gin
- 1 oz Lemon juice
- 1/2 oz St Germaine Elderflower Liqueur
- 1/4 oz Simple syrup
- 4 Raspberries
- 4 Mint leaves
- Garnish: 2 None Raspberries
Muddle raspberries, simple syrup, and mint in a shaker.
Add remaining ingredients with ice and shake.
Strain into a martini glass.
Garnish with two raspberries.
