Add all of the ingredients into a pilsner glass, add crushed ice, and swizzle with a swizzle stick.
Top with more crushed ice, and pour grenadine on top.
Garnish with a dehydrated lemon wheel and tarragon sprig.
*Strawberry-black-pepper-cardamom syrup: Slice 4 lbs of strawberries, and muddle with .5 cup of cardamom pods. In a pot, add the strawberries, cardamom, 1 qt of sugar, 1 qt of water, .5 cup of whole black peppercorns and the zest of 3 limes, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for approximately 1 hour. Cool and strain through a chinois sieve and store.
