Not-So-Basic PSL

Pumpkin spice lattes announce the arrival of fall even better than the leaves changing color. Skip the trip to the coffee shop and try this spiced-up and boozy take on the classic. The irresistible mix of Mozart pumpkin spice and dark chocolate liqueur, spiced rum and chile pepper is far from basic.


  • 2 1/2 oz Mozart pumpkin spice liqueur
  • 1 oz Mozart dark chocolate liqueur
  • 1/2 oz STROH 160 rum
  • 1 dash Cinnamon
  • 3 1/2 oz Deadsled spellbound espresso
  • Whipped cream, to top
  • Garnish: Chile powder; Cinnamon stick


  1. Add the liqueurs and rum into a mug.

  2. Add the cinnamon and pour in the espresso.

  3. Top with the whipped cream.

  4. Sprinkle a dash of chile powder over top.

  5. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
