Mint-Basil Limeade

Get all the flavor of a refreshing sipper minus the hangover with this easy-to-make mocktail.

Ingredients

  • 4 Large basil leaves
  • 4 Mint leaves
  • 1 oz Simple syrup
  • 1 oz Fresh lime juice
  • Soda water, to top
  • Garnish: Lime wheel

Steps

  1. Gently muddle the basil, mint and simple syrup in a mixing tin, add ice, and shake until well-chilled.

  2. Double-strain into a Collins glass over fresh ice.

  3. Top with the soda water.

  4. Garnish with a lime wheel.
