Milagro Ancho Paloma

Add a little heat to the Paloma cocktail with this ancho-chile spin on the classic.



  1. Run the lime wedge along the rim of a highball glass and coat half of the rim the salt.

  2. Squeeze the lime wedge into the glass and discard it.

  3. Fill the glass with ice and add the remaining ingredients.

  4. Stir to combine and garnish with a thin grapefruit wheel.
