How to make The Mezcal, Concord Grape, Citrus, Market Mint Cocktail
Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice.
Shake, and strain into a coupe.
*Concord grape mint syrup:
1 quart Smashed Concord grapes
2 oz Sweet vermouth
1 pint Sugar
Add all ingredients except mint to a pot and bring to a boil. Reduce the syrup to 3/4 and take it off the heat. Stir in a handful of mint and cover pot to allow it to steam. Let stand for 10 minutes, then pass the syrup through a fine sieve lined with cheesecloth. Place in ice bath to cool.
