This tasty Irish whiskey concoction combines whiskey, sherry and orange marmalade with a soothing ginger syrup.
- 1 1/2 oz Knappogue Castle 12 Year Old Single Malt Irish Whiskey
- 3/4 oz Oloroso sherry
- 3/4 oz Fresh lemon juice
- 3/4 oz Ginger syrup*
- 1 tsp Orange-ginger marmalade
- 3 dashes The Dead Rabbit Orinoco Bitters
- Garnish: nutmeg
Add all the ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice.
Shake vigorously and strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
