A few drops of habanero tincture transform this sotol-and-pineapple cocktail—for the better.
Add all ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice.
Shake, and strain into a cocktail glass.
Combine the habanero peppers and tequila in a sealable jar and let it rest for three or more weeks (depending on how spicy you prefer it). Strain into dropper bottles.
