A few drops of habanero tincture transform this sotol-and-pineapple cocktail by bartender Alex Valencia.
- 2 oz Sotol
- 3/4 oz Pineapple juice
- 3/4 oz Fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 oz Rich agave syrup (2 parts agave nectar, 1 part water)
- 5 drops Habanero tincture*
Add all ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice.
Shake, and strain into a cocktail glass.
