Remember the glamorous days of old Hollywood with this creation of '40s gossip columnist Hedda Hopper.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz Jim Beam Black Bourbon
  • 1/2 oz Apricot brandy (Marie Brizard Apry)
  • Garnish: Lemon twist

Steps

  1. Add both the ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice.

  2. Shake, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass or tall shot glass.

  3. Twist a swatch of thin-cut lemon peel over the top.
