Concord grapes give this cocktail a clean, crisp autumn flavor while Cocchi Americano and dry vermouth balance out the sweetness of the grape and rosemary syrup.
Add all ingredients except club soda to a shaker filled with ice.
Shake, and double strain into a Collins glass filled with ice.
Top with club soda and garnish with Concord grapes and rosemary sprig.
*Concord grape rosemary syrup:
Add all ingredients to a pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and let simmer for 15–20 minutes. Strain the syrup through a sieve and let cool.
