A French take on the classic Scottish Blood & Sand.
- 3 ounces H by Hine cognac
- 1 ounce Dubonnet rouge apéritif
- 1 ounce Cherry Heering
- 3/4 ounce fresh blood orange juice
- 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
- Garnish: cocktail cherry
- Garnish: lemon twist
Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake vigorously until well-chilled.
Strain into a chilled stemmed cordial glass.
Garnish with a cocktail cherry and a lemon twist.
