A French take on the classic Scottish Blood & Sand.
- 1 oz Dubonnet rouge apéritif
- 3 oz H by Hine cognac
- 1 oz Cherry Heering
- 3/4 oz Fresh blood orange juice
- 3/4 oz Fresh lemon juice
- Garnish: Cocktail cherry
- Garnish: Lemon twist
Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake vigorously.
Strain into a chilled stemmed cordial glass.
Garnish with a cocktail cherry and lemon twist.
