Mix up this gin, citrus juice, St-Germain elderflower liqueur and Champagne cocktail by New York City bartending vet Kenta Goto for a taste of the flower of paradise.


  • 2 oz Plymouth gin
  • 1/2 oz Fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz Fresh grapefruit juice
  • 3/4 oz St-Germain elderflower liqueur
  • 1/4 oz Simple syrup
  • 1 dash Orange bitters
  • 1 oz Brut Champagne (Perrier-Jouët)
  • Garnish: 1 Edible pansy


  1. Add all the ingredients except the Champagne to a shaker and fill with ice.

  2. Shake, and strain into a cocktail glass.

  3. Top with the Champagne and garnish with an edible pansy if desired.
