You can't refuse this complex beverage from bartender Don Lee.

2 oz Rhum J.M V.S.O.P. rhum agricole
1 oz Averna amaro
3/4 oz Fresh lime juice
1/2 oz Simple syrup
1/4 oz Pimento dram
1 1/2 oz Fantinel prosecco
Garnish: Lime wedge

Add all the ingredients into a highball glass with ice.
Top with the prosecco.
Garnish with a lime wedge.
