- 2 ounces Hamilton Reserve pot-still Jamaican black rum
- 1 ounce pineapple juice
- 3/4 ounce lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 1/2 ounce Small Hand Foods passion fruit syrup
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- Garnish: mint sprig
- Garnish: cherry
- Garnish: pineapple wedge
Add all ingredients into a shaker with crushed ice and shake briefly.
Strain into a Tiki mug over fresh ice.
Garnish with a mint sprig, a cherry and a pineapple wedge.
