Get transported to Jamaica with this coconut and pineapple concoction from bar pro Aisha Sharpe.
- 1 1/2 ounces Appleton Estate Reserve rum
- 1 1/2 ounces coconut water
- 1 1/2 ounces pineapple juice
- 1 squeeze of lime juice
- 3 dashes Angostura bitters
- Garnish: lime wheel
Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
Garnish with a lime wheel.
