How to make The Karlsson’s Summer Bloody Mary Cocktail
Coat the rim of a Collins glass with a mixture of sea salt and black pepper.
Fill with ice and add the remaining ingredients.
Stir to combine and garnish with a lemon wedge, olive, cocktail onion and celery stalk.
*Bloody Mary Mix INGREDIENTS
.5 cup Chopped fresh ginger
16 oz Bottled tomato juice
4 oz Lemon juice
2 oz Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Srichacha hot sauce
4 tsp Maggi Seasoning
.75 tsp Celery bitters (such as The Bitter Truth Original Celery Bitters)
PREPARATION: In a pitcher or other large container, muddle the ginger. Add the remaining ingredients and stir to combine. Strain, or use a slotted spoon to remove the pieces of ginger. Store covered in the refrigerator for up to a week.
