This sweet and tart cocktail from bartender Lucinda Sterling is made with a blend of whiskey and pomegranate liqueur.


  • 2 oz Tincup whiskey
  • 3/4 oz Pama pomegranate liqueur
  • 2 dashes The Dead Rabbit Orinoco bitters
  • Tonic water, to top
  • Garnish: Cucumber wheel


  1. Combine all ingredients except for the tonic water in a rocks glass.

  2. Fill with ice and top with tonic water.

  3. Garnish with a cucumber wheel.
