With apple butter, maple syrup and hard cider, this cocktail from Tippling Bros. is like fall in a cup.
- 2 ounces Highland Park 12-year-old single malt scotch whisky
- 1 ounce lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 3/4 ounce Grade A maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon apple butter
- 1 dash pastis
- Hard cider, chilled, to top
- Garnish: apple slice
Add all ingredients except the hard cider to a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
Strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice.
Top with hard cider.
Garnish with an apple slice.
