With apple butter, maple syrup and hard cider, this cocktail from Tippling Bros. is like fall in a cup.
- 2 oz Highland Park 12-Year-Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky
- 1 tsp Apple butter
- 1 oz Fresh lemon juice
- 3/4 oz Grade A maple syrup
- 1 dash Pastis
- Hard cider
- Garnish: 1 Apple slice
Add all the ingredients except the hard cider to a shaker and fill with ice.
Shake, and strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice.
Top with hard cider and garnish with an apple slice.
