Sparks will fly with this sparkling rose and cranberry juice cocktail.
- 4 dashes orange bitters
- 1 sugar cube
- 1/2 ounce elderflower liqueur
- 1 ounce cranberry juice
- 2 ounces sparkling rosé
- Garnish: rock candy stir stick
Soak a sugar cube in orange bitters and place it in a Champagne flute.
Add the elderflower liqueur and cranberry juice and top with sparkling rosé. Stir briefly and gently to combine.
Garnish with a rock candy stir stick.
