Ingredients
- 2 1/2 oz Hennessy VSOP Privilège cognac
- 1/2 oz Simple syrup
- 5 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
- 13/100 oz Absinthe
- Garnish: Lemon twist

Rinse a chilled rocks glass with absinthe and set aside.

Add the remaining ingredients into a mixing glass with ice and stir until chilled.
