Tawny port and cognac are a match made in after-dinner heaven in this simple cocktail.
- 2 oz Hennessy V.S.O.P Privilège cognac
- 3/4 oz Tawny port
- 1/2 oz Fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 oz Simple syrup
- 1 sprig Fresh Thyme
- Garnish: Grated nutmeg
Add all the ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake.
Double-strain into a chilled coupe.
Garnish with fresh grated nutmeg.
