Try a refreshing cognac cocktail with lime juice and Thai basil leaves.
- 1 1/2 oz Hennessy V.S.O.P Privilège cognac
- 3/4 oz Honey syrup*
- 1/2 oz Fresh lime juice
- 5 Thai basil leaves, torn
- Garnish: Thai basil crown
Add all the ingredients to a shaker filled with ice and shake.
Double-strain into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice.
Garnish with a crown of Thai basil.
*Honey syrup: Combine 1 1/2 parts honey to 1 part water. Bring to a simmer until the honey dissolves, then let cool before using.
