This slightly boozier take on the classic Sangaree balances citrus and sweetness with a hint of spice.
- 1 1/4 oz Hennessy V.S.O.P Privilège cognac
- 3/4 oz Tawny port
- 1/2 oz Fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 oz Simple syrup
- 1 sprig Fresh Thyme
- Garnish: Grated nutmeg
Add all the ingredients to a shaker filled with ice and shake.
Double-strain into a chilled coupe.
Garnish with fresh grated nutmeg.
