Warm spices and sweet apricot make this cocktail suitable for any weather (storm or not).
- 1 1/2 oz Hennessy V.S.O.P Privilège cognac
- 1/2 oz Cocchi sweet vermouth
- 1/2 oz Dolin dry vermouth
- 1/2 oz Apricot liqueur
- 1 dash Baked apple bitters
- Garnish: Orange peel
Add all the ingredients to a mixing glass with ice, and stir until properly diluted.
Strain into a chilled coupe.
Garnish with expressed citrus oils from an orange peel.
