As the name would suggest, the Jalapiña is a seamless mix of jalapeño and pineapple. But it’s Hennessy V.S. that anchors this irresistible balance of spicy and sweet.


  • 2 slices Jalapeño
  • 1 1/2 oz Hennessy V.S. cognac
  • 3 oz Pineapple juice
  • Garnish: Pineapple slice; Pineapple leaf


  1. Muddle jalapeño in a shaker.

  2. Add the cognac, pineapple juice and ice and shake.

  3. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.

  4. Garnish with a pineapple slice and leaf.
