As the name would suggest, the Jalapiña is a seamless mix of jalapeño and pineapple. But it’s Hennessy V.S. that anchors this irresistible balance of spicy and sweet.
- 2 slices Jalapeño
- 1 1/2 oz Hennessy V.S. cognac
- 3 oz Pineapple juice
- Garnish: Pineapple slice; Pineapple leaf
Muddle jalapeño in a shaker.
Add the cognac, pineapple juice and ice and shake.
Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
Garnish with a pineapple slice and leaf.
