Improved Brandy Daisy

Made with cognac and topped with bubbly, this Brandy Daisy is improved, indeed.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Hennessy V.S.O.P Privilège cognac
  • 1/2 oz Giffard Abricot du Roussillon liqueur
  • 1/2 oz Fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz Simple syrup
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters
  • 1 oz Moët Impérial Champagne, to top
  • 1 Orange peel

Steps

  1. Add all of the ingredients except the Champagne to a shaker with ice and shake.

  2. Double-strain into a chilled coupe.

  3. Top with the Champagne, then express the orange peel over top and discard.
