A little bit of Tiki meets cognac in this stirred cocktail.
- 1 1/2 oz Hennessy V.S.O.P Privilège cognac
- 3/4 oz Amaro Nonino
- 1/4 oz Pierre Ferrand dry orange curaçao
- 1/4 oz Clementine sherbet
- 4 dashes Orange bitters
- Garnish: Dehydrated clementine
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and stir.
Strain over a 2” x 2” ice cube in a rocks glass.
Garnish with dehydrated clementine.
