Named for a street in New Orleans, this herbaceous take on the Sazerac shines with maple and cardamom notes.
Fill a rocks glass with a hearty dash of the Chartreuse, then fill with crushed ice and set aside.
Add the remaining ingredients to a rocks glass with fresh ice, and stir until well-chilled.
Discard the crushed ice from glass, ensuring it is adequately rinsed, and strain in the cognac mixture.
Express the oils from an orange twist and serve.
