You won’t be suffering through this cognac-based update on the Suffering Bastard.
- 1 oz Hennessy V.S.O.P Privilège cognac
- 1/2 oz Letherbee besk
- 1/4 oz St-Germain elderflower liqueur
- 3/4 oz Fresh lime juice
- 3/4 oz Ginger rose cordial
- 2 oz Ginger ale, to top
- Garnish: Candied ginger, Mint bouquet
Add all the ingredients except the ginger ale to a shaker with ice and shake.
Strain into an ice-filled highball glass.
Top with the ginger ale.
Garnish with candied ginger and a mint bouquet.
