One of the earliest vodka-cocktail recipes created in the US, this simple tipple dates back to 1938.
- 2 oz Russian Standard Vodka
- 1 oz Bénédictine
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- Garnish: 1 Thin-cut lemon peel
Add all the ingredients to a mixing glass and fill with cracked ice.
Stir, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Twist a swatch of thin-cut lemon peel over the top and discard.
