Gin, grapefruit juice and absinthe make one tasty drink.
- Absinthe (St. George)
- 1 1/2 oz Plymouth gin
- 1 oz Grapefruit juice
- 3/4 oz Plymouth Sloe Gin
- Garnish: 1 Grapefruit wedge
Rinse a chilled cocktail or coupe glass with absinthe and set aside.
Add the remaining ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice.
Shake, and strain into the prepared glass.
Garnish with a grapefruit wedge.
