- 1 3/4 oz Portobello Road gin
- Tonic water, to top
- Garnish: Grapefruit twist; Juniper berries
Fill a large red wine glass with ice and add the gin.
Slowly top with tonic water.
Slice off a thick peel of pink grapefruit and twist over the glass to release the oils from the skin, then place twist in the drink.
Sprinkle six to eight juniper berries on top.
