Bartender Brian Means combines ZU Bison Grass Vodka with hard apple cider for a seasonal vodka cocktail that is citrusy, crisp, and ultra refreshing.
- 2 oz ZU Bison Grass Vodka
- 1/2 oz Carpano Bianco Vermouth
- 1/2 oz Lime juice
- 1/2 oz Simple syrup
- 2 oz Square Mile Hard Cider
- Garnish: mint sprig
- Garnish: seasonal berries
Add all ingredients except the cider to a pilsner glass.
Add pebbled ice and stir until the outside of the glass frosts.
Top with more ice and the cider.
Garnish with a sprig of mint and seasonal berries.
