Add remaining ingredients and fill shaker with ice.
Shake, and strain into a rocks glass.
*Lemon simple syrup:
INGREDIENTS: 1.5 cups Water 2.75 cups White sugar .5 cups Lemon juice
PREPARATION: Add all ingredients to a sauce pot and bring to a low boil over medium heat. Stir until the sugar dissolves completely. Allow the mixture to cool, then transfer to a sealable container. Keep refrigerated for up to two weeks.
