Texture is often the difference between a standard Whiskey Sour and an exceptional one. Erica Long doubled-down on the silky and creamy texture by complementing the egg white with coconut milk and Tennessee clover honey.
- 2 oz Earl Grey-infused Gentleman Jack whiskey*
- 1 oz Tennessee clover honey
- 1 1/4 oz Acid-adjusted citrus**
- 1/2 oz Coconut milk
- 1 Egg white
- Garnish: Lavender sprig
Add all ingredients into a shaker with 4-6 one-inch ice cubes and shake vigorously until cold.
Strain out ice and dry-shake until no ice remnants can be heard.
Double-strain into a chilled coupe glass.
Garnish with a sprig of lavender.
**Acid-adjusted citrus: Combine 5 oz fresh lemon juice with 5 oz fresh lime juice. Add 1/2 oz dry curaçao to the juice.
