This Irish whiskey cocktail by bartending and distilling vet Allen Katz has some spunk.
- 1 ounce Irish whiskey
- 1 ounce Bärenjäger honey liqueur
- 1 ounce orange juice, freshly squeezed
- 1/4 ounce simple syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
Strain into a highball glass over fresh ice.
