- 2 1-inch-cubed watermelon chunks
- 1 1/2 ounces Flor de Caña Grand Reserve seven-year-old rum
- 1/2 ounce triple sec
- 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
- 1/2 ounce simple syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Garnish: lime wedge
In a mixing glass, muddle the watermelon.
Add remaining ingredients and ice and stir.
Pour (unstrained) into a cocktail or Margarita glass.
Garnish with a lime wedge.
