The Wabash Avenue Sour updates the Whiskey Sour by adding Chicago’s own FEW bourbon or rye. And that’s not the only ingredient shaking up the classic recipe.
Add all ingredients and dry-shake (without ice), then add ice, and shake again.
Strain into coupe and garnish with rhubarb bitters.
