Violet liqueur gives this pineapple Daiquiri twist from New Orleans’ Carousel Bar & Lounge an indigo glow.
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 oz Flor de Caña rum
- 1/4 oz Crème de violette
- 1/4 oz Luxardo maraschino liqueur
- 1 oz Pineapple juice
- 1 Lime wedge
- Garnish: Lime wedge

Add all of the ingredients and 1 lime wedge into a shaker with ice and shake.
