Try this trans-Atlantic twist on the classic Negroni by Jim Meehan.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Banks 5-Island rum
  • 3/4 oz Campari
  • 3/4 oz Lustau East India Solera Sherry
  • Garnish: 1 Orange twist

Steps

  1. Add all the ingredients to a mixing glass and fill with ice.

  2. Stir, and strain into a rocks glass filled with one large ice cube.

  3. Garnish with an orange twist.
