Don’t worry about the name; there’s no reason to doubt this classic cocktail.
Add all the ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice.
Shake vigorously and strain into a Martini glass.
Spear 3 Drunken Plumped Cherries on a cocktail pick and drop into the drink.
*Drunken Plumped Cherries INGREDIENTS:
PREPARATION: Place the cherries, Dubonnet and sugar in a small bowl. Pour in the hot water and stir well. Cover, and let stand at room temperature for at least 12 hours before using.
