In this riff on the Bramble from bartender Kara Anderson, the honeyed fruits and floral notes of Dewar's 12-year-old scotch play well with the Briottet crème de mûre liqueur while taking the drink in an entirely different direction.
Ingredients
- 1 3/4 oz Dewar's 12-year-old scotch
- 1 oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 oz Monin orange syrup
- Briottet crème de mûre liqueur
- Garnish: Lemon twist

Combine the scotch, lemon juice and syrup in a shaker with ice, and shake.
