Pre-batch this fizzy cocktail in a soda siphon and serve at a fall party.
- 7 oz Gin
- 7 oz Aperol
- 7 oz Dry vermouth
- 3 1/2 oz Cointreau
- 3 1/2 oz Water
- Garnish: Grapefruit twists, star anise pods, cinnamon sticks
Add all ingredients to an ice-cold one-quart soda siphon.
Charge the siphon with a CO2 charger, shake then pour into a rocks glass filled with cracked ice.
Garnish with a grapefruit twist, a star anise pod and a cinnamon stick. Note: Keep all ingredients cold as it helps with the fizz.
