A little pear syrup turns the basic Mojito into a great fall cocktail.
In a shaker, muddle the lime and mint.
Add the rum and pear syrup and fill with ice.
Shake, and strain into a tall glass filled with fresh ice.
Top with a splash of lemon-lime soda and garnish with a lime wheel.
This cocktail comes from the menu of The Lobby Bar at the Desert Springs JW Marriott Resort & Spa in Palm Desert, California.
