Rim a coupe glass with salt.
Add all of the ingredients to shaker, and dry-shake (without ice) to aerate the ingredients with the egg white.
Wet-shake (with ice), and fine-strain into the prepared glass.
Use a star stencil and spray a blue curaçao star on top of the drink.
*Cinnamon agave syrup: Simmer 6 cinnamon sticks in a 1:1 agave:water simple syrup for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool. Discard cinnamon sticks before using.
