With rum, cream and egg, this drink is the perfect nightcap.
Add all the ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice.
Shake vigorously and strain into a cocktail glass or 5-ounce juice glass.
Garnish with a light dusting of freshly grated nutmeg.

This recipe was created using Cruzan Single Barrel, but you can definitely substitute another brand. Be sure to use an aged dark rum.
Does it really make that big of a difference if I use Bacardi rum?
Just made one of these bad boys with Old New Orleans brand rum. It was pretty tasty for my first cocktail with egg.
I've yet to have been asked to make a flip in my 10 yr career behind the well, but I am looking forward to trying this one out at home.
